Decide to achieve your goals with Choe’s HapKiDo Karate!

Developing positive mental attitude is the process by which you can
begin to change your life for the better, for you are the only
person on earth who can control your attitude.
A positive mental attitude is the right attitude to have in any given situation; it
is a conscious effort to replace negative, self-defeating thoughts
with positive, self-fulfilling thoughts.
You must know where you are going if you are to ever have any
hope of arriving there. It is more than just goal setting,
it is your road map to achieving an overall objective.
As Martial Artists, to maximize our growth, we learn to set our
goals high. Through self-discipline and a fit mind and body we
maximize our spiritual strength and happiness. Goals are to be
achieved. Without them we would be circling, unsure of our path,
our beliefs and the purpose of our existence.
"The arrow flies in the sky swiftly, it's got direction, it can
clearly see the target on the wall, it determinably continues
towards its target, its mission is to fight the air and continue
with its speed till it successfully hits its target! What does
the target do? The target does nothing but stands there still
without purpose just waiting to get hit!"
We all have the choice of being an arrow or a target who is waiting
to get hit by life. Which one do we decide to be? How can we

Although there are many martial arts schools in the area offering
various individual disciplines and even combinations of
disciplines, we believe that Choe's Hap Ki Do is very special in
what we offer our students as well as in what we require of them.
Our responsibility to you is to teach you self defense and to
instill within you a sense of respect and discipline that will

Hap Ki Do provides many benefits, such as self-defense,
concentration, confidence, self-esteem, and mental toughness.
Our discipline of Hap Ki Do is a serious one and we require of you the
effort and the desire to allow our martial art to benefit you in
every aspect of your life.
Chung Mu Hap Ki Do is a very unique martial art, most styles of
martial arts use force to block force, causing injury. Because Hap
Ki Do uses a circular self-defense, you use the opponent's force
against them, needing little power, just knowledge and skill.
It doesn't matter how strong you are, as long as you use the
techniques correctly, chances are you will always overcome brute
force.
Our Grandmaster, Grandmaster JiMong Choe, has been teaching in
America since 1978. He has many schools nationwide, all well known
for our award winning character development program.
As well as being a world famous Martial Artist, Grandmaster Choe is a renowned
Oriental Medical Doctor. It is because of this that the programs
we offer here at Choe's Hap Ki Do are designed in a way that is
centered on development of the whole person instead of just being
an exercise program.
The best way to experience the difference is by taking the trial

World Famous HapKiDo Grandmaster JiMong Choe will be
teaching a Seminar in July of 2012. This
is a rare opportunity to learn from one of the few remaining real Martial Arts
Grandmasters in the world. Attending
will provide the chance to directly be taught by one of the most knowledgeable
and reputable martial artist alive.
Grandmaster JiMong Choe has over 50 years of experience in the Martial
Arts, and has been teaching HapKiDo in America since 1978. Along with being a Grandmaster of HapKiDo,
JiMong Choe is also an oriental medical doctor, and the leading SaSang
acupuncturist in the nation. Having the
chance to learn from someone who has mastered both the Martial Arts and the
Healing Arts is a very precious opportunity!
Grandmaster Choe’s annual Chung Mu Seminar is open to all of
the active members of Choe’s MooRymWon. While
most Martial Arts Grandmasters will open their seminars to the public and only
